How to reassign the leads?

To re assign the leads, follow the steps given below:

Step 1:
       Select the Admission plus CRM module then select the
       Re assign Leads under the Call Center menu.
(Admissions Plus CRM ---> Call Center ---> Re assign Leads)

Step 2:
        Select the Academic Year, Branch, Contact Source, status
        then click on Get.

Step 3:
        Choose the leads, update the lead and then click on Assign.
